Compliance Specialist - Non-CPA (47694) - Cabuyao, Laguna

Salary : 30,000 - 40,000

Schedule :

7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Mondays - Thursdays

7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, on Fridays

Required Experience :

・Bachelor's degree holder

・With at least 2 years of Compliance experience.

・Updated knowledge of government taxation laws and regulations

・Familiarity with BIR, SEC, PEZA, BSP, and similar institutions

・Strong analytical skills in tax computation, reconciliation, and analysis

・Integrity, adaptability, and team-player mindset

・Proficient in Microsoft Office

・Strong communication skills, able to write and present reports

・Detail-oriented, can work with minimal supervision

Job Description :

・Management of various applications and reporting requirements to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), as well as ensuring proper handling of import and export procedures.

・Maintenance and supervision of compliance with Philippine domestic laws, including labor laws (DOLE), environmental laws (DENR), and data privacy regulations (NPC).

・Assessment and identification of compliance risks, and promotion of corrective actions through internal audits. etc
