Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred. Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role; proven experience in property management accounting is required. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in accounting software for property management (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, SAP); Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling); solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations relevant to real estate. Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; strong leadership and team management; exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
