Accounting Head

About the role

As the Accounting Head at CREATIVE PARKING INC., you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function and ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of the company's financial performance. This is a critical role that will directly impact the strategic decision-making of the organization. Working in our Mandaluyong City office, you will be a key member of the finance team, contributing your expertise to support the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Monitor and review financial transactions and ledger entries to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Facilitate the proper opening and closing of branches, including the application for and cancellation of necessary permits and licenses
• Establish and refine internal financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring their professional development and efficient task management
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial guidance and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend process improvements
