Key Responsibilities
Customer Service :
Greet customers, present menus, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Food & Beverage Preparation :
Prepare food and drinks according to standards, which may involve kitchen duties or serving at a counter.
Sales & Transactions :
Operate cash registers, process payments (including cash and credit cards), and calculate change accurately.
Order Fulfillment :
Coordinate the delivery of food and drinks to customers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Cleaning & Maintenance :
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, including clearing tables, sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing food preparation areas.
Teamwork :
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
