Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and reporting to drive business performance. This role requires strong financial insight, leadership, and the ability to manage metrics, KPI tracking, and reports. The position may be based in Makati or Taguig with hybrid / onsite requirements as specified by the posting company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization.
• Estimate funds required for short- and long-term objectives.
• Create financial reports, lead month-end closing, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Achieve an optimal mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize profitability.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Invest prudently in assets that maximize returns.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Evaluate financial performance and measure return on investments.
• Assess risks in financial activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounting practices, taxation, and ERP systems as applicable (e.g., SAP, NAV, Xero).
