Responsibilities :
Develop and execute full-funnel social media marketing strategies (organic & paid) across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Evaluate, refine, and approve media plans; support campaign setup & optimization
Conduct A / B testing and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance
Utilize analytics tools (Google Data Studio, etc.) to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
Lead reporting, present results, and align strategies with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on social media trends, audience behaviors, and industry practices
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the social media team
Enable professional development, onboard new members, and represent the team with clients / partners
Participate in pitches and presentations, offering strategic insights and creative ideation
