The requirements for KOL Officer :
Research and identify potential influencers through social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube)
Ability to analyze performance of influencers to create content briefs that align with brands value for optimize results.
Oversee end-to-end process in handling collaboration with influencers.
Develop and maintain relationship with influencers to create mutually beneficial partnership.
Report all the marketing activity feedback.
Will be handling locked in collaborations / projects.
Qualifications :
Social media savvy, keep it up on trends.
Beauty savvy (especially in skincare & makeup).
Creative and out of the box mindset.
Having interest and knowledge in social media and beauty industry.
Familiar with influencers and digital marketing campaign.
Excellent in communication (verbal & writing) skills and attention to detail.
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the same field.
