Overview
Handles efficient management of the Legal Services. Provides legal expertise, guidance, recommendations in the areas of employment, labor problems, tax, contracts and other matters that would affect the operations of the Company. Ensures legal compliance at all times to manage legal risks and to protect the interest of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Legal Services function to ensure efficient operation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal expertise, guidance, and recommendations in the areas of employment, labor problems, tax, contracts and other matters that affect the operations of the Company.
- Ensure legal compliance at all times to manage legal risks and to protect the interests of the Company.
