Job descriptionYou’ll take ownership of designing, structuring, and rolling out courses that align with training package requirements. From mapping units of competency to building SCORM-compliant content in Articulate Rise and configuring in aXcelerate, you’ll be the go-to for both design and compliance. Map training packages to clear learning outcomes. Storyboard courses and assessments with logical sequencing. Build interactive eLearning content in Articulate Rise (quizzes, media, scenarios). Develop compliant assessment tools mapped to units (knowledge + practical). Export SCORM / xAPI packages and test in aXcelerate. Configure courses, enrollments, and workflows in aXcelerate. Run internal QA to ensure compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and VSL standards. Support course launches with trainer briefings and student guides. You’re process-driven, quality-obsessed, and comfortable balancing creativity with compliance. You know the regulations inside-out and thrive on building content that’s not only engaging but also bulletproof under audit. 5+ years in instructional design, with RTO compliance experience. Skilled in Articulate Rise and LMS / SMS tools (preferably aXcelerate). Strong background in assessment design and validation. Proven project management and stakeholder collaboration. You like teams that value data, quality, and accountability, but also keep things passionate and fun. You’ll thrive if you enjoy structure, clear expectations, and knowing your work directly impacts student outcomes and compliance success. Build assessments and courses that are audit-ready. Ensure accuracy and compliance in every course launch. Balance creative design with industry standards. Accuracy and compliance of content and assessments. Timeliness of course launches. Stakeholder satisfaction and learner feedback. Remote from PH. Day-shift ; AEST. Company-provided laptop.
