We are working with a fast-growing renewable energy developer to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel based in the Philippines. This role supports the legal and compliance aspects of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on project development, ethics, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for renewable energy projects, including due diligence, partnerships, and commercial contracts.
• Draft legal memoranda and support internal approval processes for new projects.
• Advise on ethics and compliance matters, including localisation and implementation of global policies.
• Manage corporate housekeeping and company secretarial obligations.
• Oversee external counsel relationships and legal reporting.
• Deliver general legal advice and training to internal stakeholders.
