Sales Advisor (Manila, BGC, Makati, Baguio Davao, Iloilo)

The main role of the Sales Lady is to ensure that every customer interaction results in a very positive experience that will translate to sales, customer loyalty and growth in customer base.

With the Company’s focus on homegrown leadership, the Sales Associate position performs a wide variety of functions including sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other operational tasks.

The position is designed to expose the incumbent to all areas of retail operations as preparation to more challenging tasks that may be required should the incumbent qualify for Sales Lady.

Qualifications :

FEMALE

At least 5'2 in Height

Demonstrates ‘Beginner’ proficiency level in operational competencies, business, people, and leadership competencies.

Believes in and models the brand in appearance, demeanor and lifestyle

Detail-oriented, focused and highly organized

Discreet and very professional

Personable and with very good communication skills

Patient, respectful and tactful

Persistent and with good influencing skills

Good in time management

Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure

Capable of handling changing requirements or demands
