Sales Development Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Additional duties may be assigned by management.

• Use company systems to create live transfers and appointments with in-house leads.
• Communicate services effectively and professionally.
• Develop and apply strong sales methods and rebuttals.
• Learn Medicare basics and the insurance products we offer.
• Implement feedback and coaching for immediate improvement.
• Build rapport and keep clients engaged in sales conversations.
• Adhere to all CMS phone / email compliance.
• Handle outbound and inbound calling projects.
• Transfer viable leads to the sales team.
• Perform light intake of prospect and client data.
