Senior Operations Manager (Home-Based)

Job descriptionPlan, coordinate, and manage fire life safety / fire protection projects from initiation to completion. Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure compliance with local and international fire protection codes, standards, and regulations. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans. Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective measures as needed. Lead and mentor project team members to drive performance and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in fire life safety and fire protection systems. Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection standards, and local building regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, etc. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent in Fire Protection Engineering) are an advantage. Must know how to drive a 4-wheel car. Willing to be assigned in Sta Rosa, Laguna. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams and ensure project success. In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, NFPA standards, and local safety codes. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance. Willingness to relocate to project sites as required.
