Develop innovative coffee and non-coffee beverage recipes (tea, chocolate, fruit-infused, seasonal)
Conduct market research and monitor beverage trends
Lead testing and refinement of product concepts
Source quality ingredients and ensure product consistency
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on new product rollouts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field
2+ years experience in beverage / food R&D (coffee / tea background preferred)
Strong understanding of food chemistry and flavor profiling
Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects
Bonus if you have : Barista training or café / beverage industry experience
