The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Primary duty is to ensure project -based deployment staff from Facilities Engineer to ranking file are all present to attend the day-to-day activities at, and to satisfy our client per agreed contract. Relievers must readily available when a regular shift schedule of the assigned shift supervisor and maintenance are unable to report to work due to emergency.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of the property’s Engineering and Maintenance function
- Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s standard Preventive Maintenance Program
- Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects
- Vetting fit-out or renovation plans to ensure adherence to the rules of the Corporation
- Recommend and implement an energy conservation program
- Evaluates and recommends equipment / service upgrades
- Troubleshoot emergency technical situations
- Execute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and note observations; endorse to Technical Coordinator if there is action to be taken
- Coach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staff
Ideal Profile
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s / College Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or equivalentLicensed EngineerMinimum of at least 7 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment and systems maintenanceAbility to handle multiple projects and make decisions. With knowledge in maintenance of all building systemHas knowledge and understanding of blueprints.Has Certificate of Completion of Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations and Maintenance Training.Has strong interpersonal and leadership skillsDependable with value for high work ethics and customer serviceMust be keen to details and has good observation skillsWhat\'s on Offer?
