Key Responsibilities :
Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, including workstations, utensils, equipment, and floors.
Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored after use.
Dispose of waste according to company and safety regulations.
Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper labeling and rotation (FIFO system).
Support chefs and cooks during food assembly and packaging.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols required by catering and aviation industry standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
