Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key local clients.
Sales & Growth :
Drive sales growth by understanding client needs, promoting products / services, and executing strategic account plans.
Customer Support :
Address client requests, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
Data Analysis :
Process, record, and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues, and present findings in reports.
Strategic Planning :
Assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies, including creating tailored solutions for key accounts.
Internal Coordination :
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely fulfillment of sales orders and commitments.
Market Knowledge :
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and developments within the assigned territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education :
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience :
Proven experience in the sales industry, particularly in a Key Account Specialist or similar customer management role.
Communication :
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret data and address client issues.
Organizational Skills :
Good time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency :
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Personal Attributes :
