Work Set up / Schedule : Onsite | Shifting Schedule | 2 days off
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process and manage retirement plan transactions accurately and on time.
- Handle client inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional manner.
- Review and validate participant data to ensure compliance with retirement plan rules.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in US Retirement ServicesEducational attainment : completed Highschool or SHSLanguage Level : CEFR B1Excellent Communication SkillsMust be willing to work onsite and be amenable to shifting schedules.BENEFITS OFFERED :
