Work Setup : Morning shift (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid Setup : Primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required at least once per month
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years in an HR managerial capacity (8 to 10 years of overall progressive HR experience)
Strong generalist background with expertise in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment (agency or tech environment preferred)
Excellent understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment compliance
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels and offices
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), cloud-based collaboration platforms (Slack, JIRA, Confluence), and HRIS platforms
Preferably available to start immediately
