We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is essential in supporting both employees and management to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
Assist in performance management and training development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards.
Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 4-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
