Position Summary : Director of HR Enablement plays a dual role in leading the strategic direction of HR technology while serving as a trusted HR partner and leader.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and project manage the HR technology strategy and automation projects.
- Serve as a thought leader in digital HR transformation, staying ahead of trends in AI, automation, self-service, and employee experience platforms.
- Identify opportunities to advance HR capabilities through modern tools and platforms (e.g., AI, process automation, etc).
- Leadership
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business unit leaders.
- Lead and develop a team of HR business partners and associates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR technology roles.Proven success implementing and optimizing enterprise HR systems.Data-savvy with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and people analytics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
