We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth and advertiser satisfaction for web ads and e-commerce clients by developing highly scalable machine learning products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions, from product conception to launch to ongoing optimization.Analyze business challenges, identify client pain points, and prioritize product features to enhance advertiser activation, retention, and average revenue per advertiser (ARPA).Lead the development of ad solutions that prioritize product-matching strategies to deliver a higher return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients.Ensure compliance with user privacy regulations and promote responsible use of advertising signals.Collaborate with various teams to leverage signals and enhance advertising performance products.

Qualifications

QualificationsMust have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following : Online advertising;Designing A / B tests to confirm the potential impact of new product features and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; andUtilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix or Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following : Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys; andProviding end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, and RoI estimate.Travel Requirement : Domestic and international travel required up to 25%.Type : Full time, 40 hours / weekLocation : San Jose, CASalary Range : $ - $ per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below. Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ - $ annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
