Job description

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be a college graduate with a degree in Finance, major in Accounting, or equivalent
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
5–6 years work experience mainly on tax in public or private sectors
Has experience within the manufacturing industry

Nice to Have :

Experience in supporting tax compliance reviews

Experience in tax planning

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely submission of required documents to government authorities

Update and maintain the Tax Manual, addressing operational gaps and reflecting current laws and practices

Assist the Tax Manager in tax training, developing a tax database, and drafting tax guides for employees

Support compliance in related party transactions and transfer pricing arrangements

Identify opportunities to legally minimize tax liabilities and reduce the effective tax rate

Stay updated on tax laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure best practices

Uphold the highest ethical standards in all internal and external dealings
