Job description

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in tax
  • Has experience in auditing firms

Nice to Have :

  • 2 years experience in local government taxation
  • 2 years hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Calculates and records both national and local taxes
  • Prepares tax returns, including all necessary supporting documentation
  • Collaborates with reviewers, approvers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient tax accounting processes
  • Coordinates with auditors to provide the required schedules or supporting documents for completing the audit
  • Maintains a customer-focused approach to foster strong working relationships with clients
  • Monitors and addresses inquiries or tickets raised by the team
  • Adheres to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all internal and external interactions and relationships
