HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resource functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for administering employee-related services such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a people-person with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1year of experience in an HR role; generalist experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment / labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
