We are looking for a skilled Drafter to produce detailed technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong proficiency in Revit and BIM 360 to create, manage, and coordinate digital models and documentation. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and efficient design communication and project collaboration across various disciplines.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts.
• Collaborate with design teams to create and update BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and version control.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and revisions promptly.
• Maintain organized digital documentation and drawing archives for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and construction documents.
• Review and verify drawings for compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance and resolving design-related issues.

Requirements / Skills needed : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in drafting, preferably in timber frame design. Proficiency in PRYDA software and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. Strong understanding of Australian industry standards and building codes. Excellent detailing skills, particularly in timber frame construction. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction processes and materials used in the Australian market.
