Summary of Role
As our US Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the human heart of our AI-driven patient engagement system. Based remotely in the Philippines, you'll partner closely with our US-based teams to create a seamless, world-class experience for patients exploring their healthcare options. You are the mission control specialist who ensures our technology works with a human touch, orchestrating everything from initial contact to complex travel logistics, making a life-changing process feel effortless for our patients.
Your Impact & What You'll Do

- Pioneer the Future of Patient Engagement. You’ll command our AI-driven lead nurturing system, acting as the crucial human-in-the-loop. Your role is to ensure every potential patient receives prompt, personalized, and empathetic follow-up, transforming automated outreach into confirmed consultations.
- Deliver a World-Class Concierge Experience. You will mastermind the logistics of the patient journey. This includes flawlessly coordinating schedules between patients and US-based doctors' offices and arranging all travel and accommodation details—from flights to hotels—to provide a true white-glove service.
- Become a Strategic Global Partner. You’ll serve as the operational backbone for our US concierge team. By troubleshooting our tech stack and providing insightful administrative support, you’ll empower them to focus on what they do best, ensuring our entire global operation runs with precision and care.
