Account specific roles and responsibilities :
- Check and confirm daily admissions to ensure proper documentation and workflow.
- Gather and enter patient intake information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor and track incoming referrals from various sources to ensure timely follow-up and processing.
- Review and validate diagnosis codes (ICD codes) to ensure accuracy for billing and clinical documentation.
- Communicate regularly with the Intake Manager to address issues, updates, and support overall intake operations.
- Assist in coordinating tasks related to both pre-admission (e.g., insurance checks, documentation) and post-admission follow-up.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare InsuranceKnowledge with ICD codes is a plusExcellent verbal & written English skillsAmenable working onsite in MandaluyongWilling to work night shiftsBenefits
