Responsibilities :

• Create engaging video content using AI platforms like HeyGen for real estate marketing
• Develop scripts and copy using ChatGPT and other AI writing tools
• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts for lead generation and brand building
• Design and execute social media advertising campaigns to attract buyers and sellers
• Create marketing materials and forms for lead capture
• Set up and manage ManyChat integration with Facebook Messenger for automated lead nurturing
• Develop content strategies to support local market penetration and national referral network expansion
• Monitor and optimize social media performance to maximize ROI and lead generation

Requirements

Proven experience with AI marketing tools, specifically HeyGen and ChatGPT Strong background in social media management and content creation (portfolio is a must) Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising and organic content strategies Knowledge of ManyChat or similar chatbot / automation platforms Previous experience working with real estate agents or companies preferred Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing channels simultaneously
