Director of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security

Role Purpose

The Director of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security leads the technology foundation that powers the business overseeing multiple teams responsible for infrastructure, networking, DevSecOps, IT service operations, and cybersecurity. This role ensures all systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise goals, supporting both business operations and member-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & DevSecOps : Lead enterprise infrastructure, networking, and automation practices that improve reliability and deployment speed. Integrate security throughout the development and operations lifecycle (“secure by design”).
• Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day technology operations, monitoring performance and ensuring SLA compliance. Mature ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Cybersecurity Leadership : Direct security programs, vulnerability management, IAM, and compliance frameworks. Establish proactive threat monitoring and response capabilities.
• Strategic Alignment : Partner with IT peers and business leaders to ensure infrastructure, security, and operations support digital transformation and enterprise growth.
• Vendor & Budget Oversight : Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology budgets, ensuring value optimization and alignment with architecture standards.
• Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing team across infrastructure, operations, and security disciplines, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of DevSecOps, automation pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
