Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating talent management strategies
• Act as a strategic partner, advising on talent-related matters and providing insights to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to assess skills, analyze data, and create actionable development plans
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing strategies, external partnerships, and employer branding activities
• Strengthen Succession Planning

Create individualized development plans for employees and senior leaders in the region

Implement a quarterly performance and organizational health review process

Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy for Regional / Functional Leadership Teams and Regional P&C Business Partners
