Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order follow-up and status updates.
Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
Help monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking needs.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least [1-2] years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
