Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order follow-up and status updates.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least [1-2] years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
