CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) — ALPS TECHNOLOGIES
At ALPS Technologies, we grow success through long-term partnerships. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll lead our Client Success team, manage key accounts, and ensure clients achieve lasting value from our solutions.
What You’ll Do :
Lead and mentor Client Success Officers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Drive retention, renewals, and account growth.
Oversee onboarding, training, and quarterly reviews.
Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolutions.
Track client satisfaction and usage metrics.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
5+ years in client success / account management.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
ITSM tool experience (Freshservice a plus).
Certifications (ITIL, CSM, etc.) are an advantage.
