We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable Operations & Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and lead a team of pest control technicians. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide teams toward performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train, and mentor pest control technicians to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• Plan and manage daily schedules and dispatch routes for technicians
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce adherence to company standards
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and replenish pest control materials and supplies
• Support safety compliance and conduct regular field checks
• Maintain accurate records of operations, service reports, and technician performance
