Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and support daily commissary operations including food preparation, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Check and verify supplier deliveries to ensure product quality, quantity, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and coordinate timely supply orders.
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high product standards.Prepare operational reports for management review.Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Service Management, or related field (preferred but not required).At least 3 years of experience in commissary operations, food production, warehouse management, or a related field.Proven ability in sourcing and assessing potential suppliers.
Knowledge of inventory systems, supplier evaluation, and food safety standards.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
