Associate Director for Finance

Associate Director of Finance – Manages financial planning and operations to support decision-making and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support to Top Management : Analyze and present financial reports and findings to top management to support decision-making and achievement of financial objectives.
• Strategic and Financial Planning : Assist in the execution of business and financial plans, evaluate investment opportunities or special projects, and make recommendations.
• Advisory and Decision-Making Support : Advise top management on operating and financial issues and advocate sound financial and business decision-making.
• Finance Operations : Oversee accounting functions, conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts; provide timely, accurate financial reports and cost / budget analyses.
• Financial Reporting : Analyze and prepare reports on financial results for the Board of Directors.
• Compliance and Internal Controls : Ensure compliance with audit, accounting and regulatory standards; maintain and improve internal controls; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Credit and Collection : Oversee credit and collection activities; implement policies and action plans to meet collection targets; provide regular AR and collection performance updates.
• Cash Management and Disbursements : Manage cash flow to meet operational needs; maximize funds; maintain banking relationships; ensure proper documentation of expenses and AP disbursements.
• Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with applicable laws; timely
