Finance Country Leader (Senior Manager - Associate Director Level)

Drive strategic and tactical finance leadership across decision support, performance management, and continuous improvement. Advise leaders on resource allocation and investment cases, lead forecasting and planning, deliver clear performance reporting, strengthen governance and risk management, and elevate finance processes and stakeholder financial understanding.

• Education : Bachelor's in Finance / Accounting / Economics; MBA / CPA / CFA preferred.
• Experience : 7–10+ years in FP&A / corporate finance with investment support and forecasting ownership.
• Skills : Budgeting, scenario modeling, dashboards , financial controls, risk management, process improvement.
• Tools : Excel , BI (Power BI / Tableau) , ERP / Planning (SAP / Oracle / Anaplan).
• Communication & Leadership : Partner with senior leaders; translate complex finance for non‑finance stakeholders.
