Job descriptionMust have Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, EMC, or related field. Strong background in academia or technology, with experience in curriculum design or program management. 5-10 years of experience (managerial or supervisory roles) 1-3 years of teaching experience (part-time acceptable) Deep understanding of CHED policies and higher education standards. Proven leadership and faculty management skills. Familiarity with emerging technologies and education innovation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and partnership-building abilities. Committed to academic excellence and industry-aligned education.
We're Hiring : Program Head - Technology
Kamuning, Quezon City | Onsite | Semi-flexible (8hrs / day)
The Program Head is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Computer Science (CS) and Entertainment and Multimedia Computing (EMC) programs. The role ensures compliance with CHED and government regulations while maintaining academic excellence and industry relevance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee program and curriculum development, modernization, and quality assurance.
- Supervise and mentor faculty, fostering teaching innovation and professional growth.
- Lead academic planning, performance evaluation, and student support initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and student services to drive recruitment, retention, and graduate success.
- Build partnerships with industry and academic institutions to enhance internship, practicum, and employment opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
