The Executive Assistant must anticipate needs, handle last-minute changes, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The Executive Assistant is expected to be able respond 24 / 7 on call if urgent matter is needed to be done.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full executive support to the Executive Chairman in both work and personal capacities
- Maintain complex calendars and manage schedules with precision, including last-minute rerouting
- Book and manage travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Ensure all meetings, documents, and logistics are prepared in advance
- Handle ad hoc errands such as coffee preparation or ironing during critical moments
- Be on-call and responsive at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and act with a high degree of professionalism
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Organize and follow through on executive tasks and priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings when necessary
