Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Singapore time with 1 hour unpaid break
Responsibilities :
Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones for various business meetings and commitmentsCoordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings and accommodation reservationsHandle expense management and claims processingOrganize and manage calendars for multiple businesses and venturesConduct research as needed for business and travel purposesManage email communications and respond on behalf of the executiveCoordinate meetings across different business entitiesProvide administrative support for church-related activities and Bible school operationsServe as a liaison between the executive and various business contacts across different countriesScope :
Supporting a senior executive across multiple business venturesInternational scope covering US, Europe, and Southeast Asia operationsManaging both business and personal scheduling needsWorking across multiple industries, including enterprise software, education, and various startup venturesRequirements :
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant (at least 5 years)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working across multiple time zonesProficiency in English communicationSelf-motivated and proactive work styleExperience with travel coordination and expense managementAbility to work independently without extensive supervisionSenior-level experience, not entry-level or junior candidatesComfortable working in a virtual / remote environmentIndependent Contractor Perks
