Medical Doctor (BPO Industry)

Locations : Makati – 3 Openings

Muntinlupa – 4 Openings

Work Setup : Hybrid, Night Shift (Follows US Holidays)

Salary : PHP 120,000 - PHP 150,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 Allowance

Primary Responsibilities :

Lead and manage medical & clinical operations functions, overseeing staff performance.

Provide clinical guidance on medical management systems (e.g., chronic condition management, utilization management).

Develop and review policies, procedures, and guidelines for medical operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and directives, including employment contract terms and work environment flexibility.

Required Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted Doctor of Medicine licensure in the Philippines.

Completion of 3 years of Internal Medicine Residency Training.

Diplomate certification is a plus.

Recent experience required.
