• Conducts and performs history taking by interviewing the patients
• Performs comprehensive physical examination by conducting thorough assessment and screening
• Encodes the patient's medical history and results
• Recommends diagnosis and treatment by referring to a Specialist.
• Provides proper screening and advice to patients / individuals with symptoms.
