General Manager

JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company. Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, service delivery, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to provide cutting-edge IT security solutions.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve company growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging threats to identify new business opportunities and adjust the company's strategic direction.
• Provide strategic guidance to the board of directors and senior leadership team on all aspects of the business.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all company operations, including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Procurement & Purchasing and Technical Department, to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage the company's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
• Act as the primary representative of the company, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Lead high-level negotiations for major contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing the quality of service delivery and support.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, sales team, and support personnel.
• Responsible for managing and ensuring the technical team’s training and certification requirements are met to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee performance management, professional development, and succession planning for the leadership team.
• Possess a deep understanding of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that the company's products and services are at the forefront of the industry and meet the highest security standards.
