Your Role :
As a Financial Controller, you will :
- Financial Leadership : Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting,
forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and implementfinancial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Financial Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, andprovide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements,including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Compliance : Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, accountingstandards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company'sassets.
Team Management : Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providingguidance, mentorship, and training.
Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate financial information to seniormanagement, investors, and other stakeholders.
What You Need : Non-negotiables
CPA qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualifying relevant experience as head offinance for a large PHP-based group
Excellent communicator, both verbal and writtenConfident in dealing with senior managersCommercially savvy and strategically focusedAbility to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers andmaking sound and sensible decisions
High standards of integrity and work ethicPreferred skills / expertise / experience
