Must-have Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 20+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, ideally within printing, document imaging, office technology, or related sectors / industry
- Demonstrated success in managing large, high-performing sales and marketing teams across both direct and indirect channels
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution — effective in both long-term planning and daily operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of MPS, SaaS, and digital document solutions is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Service LeadershipDevelop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with corporate goals, integrating service operations to enhance efficiency.Improve market share and rank across all B2B product segments while strengthening service delivery excellence.Expand revenue through solution sales, managed print services (MPS), document workflow solutions, and value-added services.Lead and manage national / regional sales teams, including direct salespeople, channel sales, and key
