Responsibilities

- 6. Analyze Sales Metrics - Create and interpret sales reports using retail KPIs to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- 7. Oversee Daily Store Operations - Manage routine tasks such as staff scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- 8. Evaluate Merchandise Performance - Monitor product performance, assess sell-through rates, and respond proactively to merchandising challenges.
- 9. Manage Inventory Processes - Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels, loss prevention, and timely replenishment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (preferred).Experience - At least 3 years of experience in a retail management position, ideally within the fashion industry.Leadership & Customer Service - Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong background in customer relationship management.Retail & Business Knowledge - In-depth understanding of store operations, retail trends, and core business principles.Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for team collaboration and customer interaction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
