We are looking for strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire sales division, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and leading national sales operations. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall sales department in achieving revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Set and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate sales teams and department section heads.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and after-sales teams for integrated strategies.
- Conduct market trend analysis and customer behavior insights for effective decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong dealer and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sales procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in managing large sales teams and national operations.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Results-driven, strategic thinker with high business acumen.
