Delivery Manager - Taguig City Office - Full RTO (MRF06142)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead medium to large-scale or complex software development projects within the banking or financial sector. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, stakeholder management, and adherence to quality, scope, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage projects from initiation to closure using Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.

Develop, maintain, and secure approval for project plans, work plans, and budgets.

Monitor and report project status, risks, issues, and costs.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, security, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and facilitate Scrum events and promote adherence to Scrum principles.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers, BAs, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.

Support audit exercises and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of full-time project management experience in software development.

Proven experience in banking or financial services IT projects.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum).

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
