Compensation : Up to 220,000 monthly
About the Role
The IT Delivery and Execution Manager ensures that all technology-related initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with the companys business goals. The role oversees the full delivery lifecycle from project planning and systems implementation to service transition and operational stability ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
This role works closely with IT, operations, and business leaders to ensure digital solutions support critical functions such as member services, claims, hospital systems, and corporate applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects planning, resource allocation, implementation, testing, and handover.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, timelines, reports).
- Track risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Supervise internal IT delivery teams and collaborate with business units to align technology initiatives with operational needs.Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business sponsors, and external vendors.Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly to all stakeholders.Service Management & Continuous Improvement
Oversee system implementation, integration, and service transition activities.Ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs and are compliant with governance, data privacy, and security standards.Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices (Agile, ITIL, or hybrid delivery models).Vendor & Resource Management
Manage external vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts and track performance.Optimize the use of internal and outsourced resources to support project and service goals.Governance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection standards.Prepare and present regular updates on project and service delivery performance to IT leadership.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project or service delivery management, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or large enterprise environments.Strong understanding of systems implementation, infrastructure, and application management.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an advantage.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with vendors and managing multiple concurrent projects.
