Project Documentation Associate (Cebu)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to project documents, user-acceptance-test documents, acceptance certificates, project closeout reports, and technical and functional reports.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather documentation requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Follow up with customers and stakeholders for documentation signoffs and approvals.
• Manage version control and ensure documentation adheres to internal and client-specific standards.
• Create and maintain process flows and diagrams using MS Visio.
• Support audit and compliance checks by maintaining organized documentation records.
• Assist in preparing professional presentations and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to documentation process improvement and standardization across projects.
